The Ridge Boys won their 2nd ever Outdoor Meet of Champions title in the 4×800 meter relay! The team of Alex Sargen, Luke Roberts, Will Pinto, and Ryan Lindrud had a season best of 7:44.46.
The 4×800 was Ryan Lindrud’s 2nd MOC Medal of the day, he placed 7th in the 1600m Run in a time of 4:15.31
Ridge also had strong efforts in 3 other events:
400m Hurdles: Curtis Lyons
1600m Run: James Glockenmeier
3200m Run: Jackson Barna
4×400 Meter Relay: James Kisker, Sam Lewis, Jake Vicente, and Luke Roberts
