We had a very productive Group meet!
The boys qualified for the Meet of Champions in: 1600 (Lindrud, Glock), 800 (Lindrud), 400H (Lyons), PV (Petric), 3200 (Barna), 4×800 (Sargen, Pinto, Lewis, Roberts), and the 4×400 (Sargen, Lyons, Lindrud, Roberts).
They school record was set by Ryan Lindrud in the 800 and Sargen, Lyons, Lindrud, and Roberts in the 4×400!!
The girls qualified for the Meet of Champions in: Discus (Carly), High Jump (Joy), 1600 (Manon), 800 (Morgan and Olivia), 4×800 (Grace, Olivia, Manon and Morgan) and the 4×400 (Grace, Morgan, Stella and Olivia).
In addition we had a season best time in the 4×100 of 50.04 (Mel, Stella, Ana and Alexa)! Not every one advanced but we had a lot pf progress to get there and should be proud of all efforts.
A few more notes: School record in the 4×400 of 3:52.78.. Thats after Morgan and Olivia raced the 800! Manon also had a very special Friday with her first sub 5 mile, 4:57.27! Our 4×800 ran the fastest time of all NJ teams!!
